I requested a quote for the job and received a firm price via email shortly afterward, without the runaround that some other companies give. Electrician Efren, who handled the fan replacement, was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Efren took the old fan away for disposal. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use the company again for other electrical work."
